At IDS we are masters in creating the perfect pint. All casks will be racked, vented, tapped and cooled to ensure the beer is at the desired temperature. Our cooling probes are invasive meaning they actually cool the liquid rather than the kegs themselves. This results in a much more consistent temperature throughout the course of your beer festival.
